Welcome to ROTT RSQ
Non Profit 501 C 3 ***Located in Michigan
Sharing a common interest, "Rottweilers", a group of breeders and non-breeders alike joined to create a haven, "ROTT RSQ", for those needing a new home. Collectively, we have many years experience owning, training and exhibiting Rottweilers. Those who breed should be taking back what they produce, but sadly, this is not always the case. Yes, a few shelters may accept our breed and try to place them, but most are euthanized. Dogs coming into ROTT RSQ are evaluated for sound temperaments. These rescue dogs remain with a member of our group until the right Adopter(s) for this dog comes along.
ALL OF OUR ROTTI'S ARE SPAYED OR NEUTERED, UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS, HEARTWORM TESTED AND ON PREVENTATIVE.

Rescues are turned in to us for various reasons such as:
•Divorce - when neither can keep the dog
•Moving - most rentals / mobile home parks do not allow Rottweilers
•Financial - loss of a job
•Death - remaining family members do not want dog
•New Baby - not enough time to spend with the dog
•New wife/husband - does not like the dog
Many owners truly love and took care of their Rotti, but with their present situation, feel rescue is the best choice for their dog. They have taken the time to find a rescue with an opening, sometimes waiting many weeks for that opening. If you are interested in seeing our available dogs, please browse our site and visit the "Brand O's Pick of the Litter" page.
